How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Naturally Without Surgery


Cellulite is a condition, also known as adiposis oedematosa, where the skin of some regions, such as the thighs and lower belly seem to have patches of soft, loose and lumpy skin. It is a common condition that occurs in most females and some males.


Cellulite is sometimes referred to as orange peel skin or hail damage because of its dimpled appearance.


The good news is that cellulite is not irreversible! Getting your body to become firmer and leaner helps reduce cellulite. Here, I am going to share a few tips and tricks on how to get rid of cellulite naturally, so that you can wear whatever you want without having to hide your body.


What exactly is cellulite?


There are quite a few reasons due to which cellulite may appear on your skin including genetic reasons, poor diet and lifestyle, age and hormonal factors.


Your body accumulates toxins in fat deposits to help decrease the toxicity your organs are exposed to.


Your body accumulates more toxicity every day and it shows in your cellulite.


The key to removing cellulite is to lessen the storage of toxins from your body and clear the existing ones.


Below, I have listed a few ways to achieve this:


1. Eat a clean and unprocessed diet.


To remove toxins from the body, you need to expel them from their site of accumulation in your cells and tissues. 


The best way to cleanse your body is to eat alkaline foods. All fresh fruits and vegetables are alkaline in nature and should make up a significant portion of your diet.


The alkalinity of these fresh foods neutralizes the acidic toxins in your cells and remove it; from the body.

2. Keep yourself hydrated:


One needs to drink adequate pure water and the juice of fresh fruits and vegetables to flush out toxins. Water is essential for reducing and preventing cellulite formation.


Start every morning with two glasses of slightly warm water, pure or with a slice of lemon.


Herbal teas are also great and have many antioxidants but it is best to avoid coffee as far as possible .


3. Change your table salt:


Swap your standard sea salt for rock salt or Himalayan salt.


Sea salt is tends to leach minerals from the body. It is also highly dehydrating which leads to accumulation of toxins and cellulite formation.


Crystal and rock salts are alkaline and are full of important minerals and have a better flavour.



4. True detoxification:


When you include alkaline foods into your diet, the alkalinity of these items starts to extract old acidic toxins from your body.  Hence, your body will show less of the toxicity through cellulite. Remember, what you eat in private, you wear in public!

If possible, go for some regular colon cleansing.
